To the best of our ability, we will try to be understanding about circumstances out of your control that cause you to cancel an appointment without proper notice. However, for clarity, our policy regarding cancellation and no-shows is provided below.
Cancellation With Proper Notice
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund**.
Exceptions to this policy:
Cancellation Without Proper Notice
Sessions cancelled without notice at least 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a full refund.
Certain sessions offer partial refunds:
No-Show Policy
Any session with a no-show results in the client forfeiting the payment. No refunds are available.
Exceptions:
Rescheduling
There is no fee or penalty for rescheduling a session.
