Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before booking a coaching session ("session", "service") or using services provided by Zoe Wilson ("we", "us", "our", "coach"). Use of our services or website ("services") implies your full acceptance of these terms. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who participate in our services or view our website.

Financials

Coaching sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Zoe Wilson. If checks are used as a payment and come back as insufficient funds, a $35.00 fee will be charged to the client. For information on refunds, refer to the Cancellation Policy listed on our website. Questions that are not answered in these terms can be emailed to zoewilson.coaching@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property

Any information displayed on the website, including blog posts, services, or other, is the intellectual property of Zoe Wilson. By using our services, you agree not to share information obtained from our services without prior approval from Zoe Wilson as well without displaying proper credit.

Acknowledgement

Zoe Wilson is not certified as a counselor or therapist, both of which require different education and certifications than life coaching. As such, we are unable to professionally diagnose or treat any medical conditions. If you are in need of professional therapist or psychologist, please consult your physician. Information obtained from our services is not a substitute for trained and licensed professionals from fields including but not limited to: medical, psychological, financial, legal, etc. By obtaining and/or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand these terms.

Liability

By accepting these terms, you agree that Zoe Wilson will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by using our services. Any advice or recommendations obtained through use of our services is strictly opinion. The client is responsible for any and all decisions they make as a result of any recommendation. 

Confidentiality

All information disclosed in coaching sessions will be kept private and confidential. Information will not be disclosed to any person or persons unless the client specifically requests such. As a life coach, Zoe Wilson is bound by a code of ethics, but the client-coach relationship is not regarded as a legally confidential relationship. Confidential information does not include: widely known public knowledge, information that the coach possessed before being divulged by the client, and/or anything the coach is required by law to disclose. Miscellaneous

The Terms of Service are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any action brought to court will take place in Smith County, Texas, U.S.A. and parties agreeing to these terms submit to the jurisdiction of these courts. By using our services, you irrevocably waive the right to a defense of inconvenient forum.
